Arrows no longer persisting style

I don't know when this update came to be, but all arrows now simply forget their default style and always fall back to the straight line. This is really major nuisance, because we must set the style for every new arrow added and I'm failing to see this as a smarter feature than what we used to have (which smartly copied the last style used).
