Newbie Qustion regarding outlines

Hi folks,
I discovered drawio yust now after asking google-bart for a software that enables me to draw flowcharts and hierarchical outlines.
As I understand, drawio is not ment to produce the kind of outline I had in mind... which can expand and collaps and contain some longer text explanation that can be hidden by collapsing or shown by opening a box... right?
Anybody out there with some good idea for me?
Is there a way to do it with drawio?
or would you suggest another software?
