Modifying Hatching

Hi all,

I wanted to know if it is possible to change the Hatching properties to an arrow from :

To :

I cannot find a nice way to do it, except adding white blocks on top of black arrow. But by grouping those elements, I am losing the automatic connecting option and the hatch auto scale.
