on-prem install to work only local import/export due to regulatory reason

we are planing to install the war file in a local network in an enterprise which do not access to any public service. regulatory reasons it needs to be prohibited.

so can we disable/hide the menu options other than local import-open/export-save like google drive / one drive / dropbox / url etc via system parameters during tomcat start ?
