2 Issues: Rerouting Connectors +Visio Export

Hello.

I need a little help with two issues in draw.io.

I have just started using draw.io some weeks back. One aspect that is really bugging me is, connectors are all over the place, and especially in complex drawings that I receive for review or usage, it is almost impossible to make out connectors and associated labels, because they cross through shapes. I wonder if there is a way to reroute the entire diagram at once, and if not possible, what is the manual way to do it?

I have an older version as I need to Export draw.io files form my partner to VSDX. The current version has removed this feature. Is there a possibility of this feature returning?
