Can I use shapes from libraries named AWS/CISCO etc or these are from third parties and are not free?

Hello,
I just wanted to make sure if I can use the shapes from libraries which named AWS or Cisco etc. free or these libraries coming from a third party and are under specific license? I would like to use them for data flow diagram or other type of diagrams and probably will be published in a scientific journal. I would appreciate if you could please give me some advice. All icons included in draw.io can be used without restrictions or attribution within the draw.io editor, or in export output created by draw.io.
