Fit the view

I want to know if there is a feature where the 'Initial View' of a diagram is automatically set to Fit to Window by default for all users, without requiring manual shortcuts like Ctrl+Shift+H or 'enter'. Currently, viewers are lost in a 100% zoom. There should be a document-level setting to force 'Auto-fit on load' for anyone opening the file.
