[Feature Request] Option to bring container forward (in front of neighbors) when expanding it

• I have searched the issue tracker for a feature request that matches the one I want to file, without success.

I'm building a complex diagram that contains multiple expandable containers.
I struggle with having parts of containers to be overlapping when they are expanded.
What would help would be to have the 'last expanded' container rendered on top of any other diagram elements

there already was a similar request in #4413, but not executed
