Lines and Cylinders not appearing in Jupyter or Pluto

I'm able to view the Lines and Cylinders added in #11 in Blink, but they don't show up in Jupyter or Pluto for me. I tested on Chrome, Safari, and Firefox on OS X. For example, the tutorial notebook cell that's supposed to demo lines and cylinders for me does not show them.

There is a known issue where boxes/isosurfaces/lines/cylinders only appear in the last rendered Bio3DView cell of a Jupyter notebook or Pluto. This affects visualising the tutorial notebook online, but when I run it cell by cell the components do appear (then disappear when the next cell is run). Is this the case for you? I am on Windows/Firefox/IJulia 1.23.1 and don't have access to another machine to test on right now.

Hi! For me, it never appears when using Pluto (Chrome/ Ubuntu), and the javascript console shows that, at least for Pluto, this is the same problem as #8
