Color gradient according with B factors

Hi! Is there an easy way to colour residues according to their B factors? Thanks in advance, Cheers

I don't know of a single command to do it, but you might have some luck trying the colour schemes at http://3dmol.csb.pitt.edu/doc/types.html#ColorschemeSpec.

In principle the map scheme lets you map properties to colours, you might be able to do it with some custom JavaScript in the string.
