cleanup the files from copilot and consolidate what was done in PR #56 #57 so it is clean

Completed cleanup of temporary documentation files and consolidation of Redis configuration.

Actions Taken:

• Consolidated all Redis/Upstash/Vercel KV configuration documentation into REDIS_CONFIGURATION.md. This includes expanded environment variable support, refined priority order, verbose debugging mode details, and improved troubleshooting.
• Updated CHANGELOG.md with a new entry for version 0.2.84, summarizing these comprehensive Redis configuration and debugging improvements.
• Removed the following temporary documentation files:
  • CHANGES_SUMMARY.md
  • ENVIRONMENT_VARIABLES_REFERENCE.md
  • FIX_SUMMARY_REDIS.md
  • REDIS_FIX_DOCUMENTATION.md
  • SUPPORTED_VARIABLES.txt
  • UPDATE_NOTES.md
  • VISUAL_COMPARISON.md
  • ISSUE_251107_coaia_tash_fetch.md
  • ISSUE_251107_coaia_tash_fetch.COMPLEMENT.md
  • ISSUE_251107_coaia_tash_fetch.FEEDBACK.md

This work addresses #58 and closes #55.
