Issue when cancelling prompt using VIM Keybindings

Unsure of the interaction exactly, but figured It was better to document this.

I currently have the command bound to work in VIM mode through `<leader> n`. This works well when I actually end up creating a file, but if I cancel the prompt for any reason then the VIM mode freezes up.
