Development Pipeline & Frontend Workflow

What is the recommended pipeline for working on a new feature in this project, especially when it involves hardware? Do you test everything directly on the physical display?

I'm particularly interested in working on the frontend currently. How can I start the frontend without connecting to the ESP hardware? Is there a mock or development mode I can use?

Additionally, I would like to contribute to improving the calibration functionality, but I'm not sure where to begin. Any guidance on the structure or entry points for calibration logic would be appreciated.
