[Help Wanted] Move documentation to Wiki

The documentation that @ManlyMorgan has created would be easier to maintain via the wiki. I've made the wiki public for the time being.

I did my best to port the documentation over, fixing some broken links and ordering the images as good as i could.
Unfortunately i couldnt really sort the images for the wiring section as i didnt get to build it myself yet so i dont really know what order would make sense.
Maybe someone with more experience can help here.

I tried pushing my changes to the wiki repo (https://github.com/jhoff/Split-Flap-Display.wiki.git) but that failed with a 403 Error so i assume you still need collaborator access to push even if the wiki is open to edits.

Also github doesnt seem to support pull request on wiki repos so someone with collaborator access will need to pull my port (https://github.com/BaconBett/Split-Flap-Display/wiki / https://github.com/BaconBett/Split-Flap-Display/wiki.git) and push them to the wiki repo (if there are no issues with the wiki).
