Incorrect format for time, the format for minutes should be lower case instead of upper case #30
Description
In the settings.html, and when clicking the "Date & Time Format Help" the format for Minutes is shown as {mm} which is in lowercase
This is inconsistent with the SplitFlapDisplay.ino which shows the Time Format as {MM} which is in uppercase
When editting the settings, using the lower case {mm} causes the 2 digit month number to be shown instead of the minutes.
