How to install ph-puml on Windows 10?

I have it installed.

• composer;
• PHP;

I have located the project from which I need to build a diagram in the folder c:\Projects\PHP\phpumljhofmgithub\pr01\chat\

I have created a folder for ph-puml'. c:\Projects\PHP\phpumljhofmgithub\pr00`
I opened the console.
I executed the cd' command c:\Projects\PHP\phpumljhofmgithub\pr00\.
I executed the command composer create-project jhofm/ph-puml.
In the folder c:\Projects\PHP\phpumljhofmgithub\pr00\ I got the ph-puml project.

What to do next?

if you want an svg install plantuml from the c:\Projects\PHP\phpumljhofmgithub\pr00 dir using
composer require jawira/plantuml
then generate it like so
ph-puml c:\Projects\PHP\phpumljhofmgithub\pr01\chat\ > c:\Projects\PHP\phpumljhofmgithub\pr01\chat\uml.svg

My project, on the basis of which I want to build a diagram, is located in the folder
c:\Projects\PHP\phpumljhofmgithub\pr01\chat\

I did.
I moved to the ph-puml project folder: cd c:\Projects\PHP\phpumljhofmgithub\pr00\

I executed the command:
ph-puml c:\Projects\PHP\phpumljhofmgithub\pr01\chat\ > c:\Projects\PHP\phpumljhofmgithub\pr01\chat\class.puml

Result:
I got the file class.puml.
File path c:\Projects\PHP\phpumljhofmgithub\pr01\chat\class.puml .
File size - 0kb.
I received the message:
ph-puml" is not an internal or external command, executable program or batch file.

Questions.
1. Did I do everything right?
2. Maybe I have something not installed?

the ph-puml executable is located in the bin directory. if you're working with the checked out repository instead of the .phar file (which is what the README assumes) you can execute it with php bin\ph-puml <source dir> instead.
