Chapters 8-9 Confusing for Windows User

Describe what is not working with the course

I found chapters 8-9 hard to follow on a Windows OS. I was able to install Docker Desktop, but not able to launch it. Nothing happened when I clicked on it (after a long time). I was able to make a new repository on dockerhub.

The instructions "Go to your local command line and use the command specified on the right side of your repository page." don't make sense for Windows users. More info would be helpful.
