Spin off courses: Bioconductor and Galaxy #25
Description
As I've dug into the specific advice sections, I've realized these really could easily become their own courses. And, we could really use other people's input.
In particular, Bioconductor package creation and Galaxy Tool Shed contributions could each be their own "spin-off" courses.
So for this course, I might refer them to the sources I've found so far, but then later if we create these subcourses, we can shuttle people to those for more advice.
