sync fails on repos where @cansavvy has insufficient permission #773
Description
I'm not receiving syncs at C-MOOR/C-MOOR_Template.
I checked the OTTR_Template actions history, and for https://github.com/jhudsl/OTTR_Template/actions/runs/10910164970, I see this error:
Pushing changes to target repository
Error: Command failed: git push https://***@github.com/C-MOOR/C-MOOR_Template.git --force
remote: Permission to C-MOOR/C-MOOR_Template.git denied to cansavvy.
fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/C-MOOR/C-MOOR_Template.git/': The requested URL returned error: 403
A few other repos also have this error.
