Help！Overfitting Problem

I am currently working on training a Binary Neural Network (BNN) model, and I have encountered an issue where the training accuracy reaches 99%, but the test accuracy remains around 77%. This significant gap suggests potential overfitting or other underlying problems.
Could anyone share insights or suggestions on how to address this issue and improve the test accuracy?
