unable to acces the fec swap code channel on vcds #310

Hey guys
I installed the mib2 toolbox and ran the patch for applecarplay and i worked succesfully.
now i wanted to try to get the performance monitor to work, but when i go under supported codes there is only 1 valid code all the other ones say rejected, not invalid. so i went on vcds to try to delete the fec codes that are rejected only to see that vcds says "ERROR. channel is not available" why is that? do i have to run a seperate patch to unlock it or?
