Request for specifying version constraints in requirements.txt #12

I'm currently trying to set up the environment for this open-source project, and I noticed that the requirements.txt file does not specify version constraints for the dependencies. As a result, installing the environment may lead to the installation of all historical versions of the dependencies, which could negatively impact the installation experience.
To avoid confusion and potential issues, I kindly request that the responsible engineer provides more detailed version constraints for the dependencies listed in the requirements.txt file. This way, users can set up the environment more easily and without unnecessary complications.
