How to deploy the endpoint?

I tried to execute the commands from README to start up the web app. I see `Tomcat started.` in the logs. But it returns 404 on any path and I didn't get how does it know where the Rya is running. 

Could you explain in more details how to deploy the endpoint so it could be used with running Rya?
