Support m3u creation without needing Plex

A lot of people use Jellyfin and Navidrome for their music collections (among others). These media servers support automatically detecting playlist files (.m3u) and adding them. Instead of requiring a native integration, you could make it so that it generates a .m3u and the playlists will appear in any media server, as opposed to only Plex.
