Code of conduct

Hallo!

I added a code of conduct page to the repository : https://github.com/jkotlinski/durexforth/blob/master/CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md

It is a default template that Github provides, but I read it through and found the terms agreeable. I hope you will find the same.

Also, I should mention, there was never any "bad behavior" that made me think there was a "need" for any rules.

But I came to realise, some appreciate such a code of conduct, to feel welcome and safe.
