Columns names unclear

Hi @jldbc , I am analyzing the data and happy to share the cleaned file once done! However I encountered columns that I would like to learn more about. Can someone explain what is meant by Variety, Cupper.Points, Category.One.Defects, Category.Two.Defects, Quakers and Expiration?

Variety is something like subspecies, cupper points are a sum of scores of the different attributes of the coffee (done by someone like a Q-grader), defects in coffee such as a quaker or peaberry can be found by searching a little. I would recommend going through the stuff by the SCAA.

Thanks for responding! Can you please also tell what's Expiration? And the data regarding Number.of.Bags is for what period of time? I really appreciate help on that!
