Signal SIGSEGV causes docker exit with cod 139

ram: 16GB/32GB
os: pve 8.4/8.3, fnOS 0.9.2
docker-ce:26.1 - latest
handbreake docker:24.12.1 - latest
he:on,qsv
docker privileged:on/off

Everything i tried above are the same result: nomatter the runing time, handbrake shutdown with code 139 and logs says got signal SIGSEGV.

This happened when i got my m9s repaired a week ago, which cannot boot up.
the manufacturer told me they change a new motherboard and they had a stress-test, everything is fine.
Soon i found that handbrake keep crashing and restarting and other containers going down with it.
Firstly i thought it was os problem, so I reinstalled PVE with different versions to try, problem still.
i trid to lower down the version of docker-ce, handbrake, portainer...problem still.
i trid another os like fnOS, problem still.
i think may be the ram problem, i bought a new 16GB ddr5 4800hz ram, problem still.
yestoday i trid clean pve:8.3.0, with docker-ce:26.1, portainer:2.27.6, handbrake:latest, with unprivileged setting, pass device:/dev/dri, and it was running for hours, i thought the problem gone away untill this morning, problem still. difference is it not bring down other containers.

so tired. does it mean the motherboard still has problem?
or i need to buy another new ram?
or i should try pve:7.4 and other linux os?

it bothers me a long time...need some help here, please
