Handbrake deleting files in a docker container with autodetect

Hello,

im trying to set up a fully automated download and convert process on my QNAP NAS. I set up the download tool in a container and this is working well. The downloads are downloaded and extracted in a /new Folder.

I then set up a second container with handbrake, that is also working well. But im truly to dumb to change the enviroment variables trough ssh (if someone also could help here), for the autodetect . So i have to choose the variables during setting up the container. Means AUTOMATED_CONVERSION=1, AUTOMATED_CONVERSION_NON_VIDEO_FILE_ACTION=ignore, AUTOMATED_CONVERSION_KEEP_SOURCE=0, AUTOMATED_CONVERSION_NON_VIDEO_FILE_EXTENSIONS=jpg jpeg bmp png gif txt nfo part zip rar. The interval is set to default because it doesn´t matter for me, depending on the download time, it always can happen.

Then Handbrake is checking the watch folder (/new) and it deletes my part and rar files during download. I first was confused what happened to my download tool, but then i realised that handbrake was the reason for that.
