NuoDB v3.0 introduces a new index format.
NuoDB recommends all v3.0 deployments upgrade user indexes to the new format.
SYSTEM indexes will be upgraded automatically in a v3.0.x future update.
To upgrade user indexes, at the command prompt run, 

./rebuild_user_indexes dbname {v1|all}

You can optionally rebuild only v1 or all user indexes.
