Support HTTP Headers in SSE Context

As a client, I'd like an SSE server to support HTTP headers when using SSE transport , this is so that I can inject low level metadata (like client information including geolocation etc..) ,

Opening issue here to track P/R currently open in the SDK - modelcontextprotocol/python-sdk#216 , hope that is OK.

This feature can't come soon enough. MCP servers are not usable in a commercial context until this pattern is settled.
