Entries present in download archive older than `keep_files_after` when files were removed externally

I'm getting constant number of files deleted in each log for the same subscriptions.

Steps:

1. Download video using subscription
2. Remove video
3. Check download archive for the video
4. Wait for video to be automatically deleted due to keep_files_after: "today-3months"

I'm not sure what other information would be useful to share here. Feel free to ask any questions.

For my usecase, I might remove videos sometimes. I don't want any deleted video to be downloaded again.

Sounds like if you delete a video manually, it will count in the 'number of files deleted' counter on every run, is that right?

In a nutshell, yes.

I've manually cleared the entries a few times before to solve the problem.

And by manually clear you mean remove from the archive, right?

I think what is happening is it will only remove from the archive if it successfully deletes the video file, but somehow still counts it. Either way, will take a look. Appreciate the detailed bug report!
