Support for TopCoder Archive #682
Description
TopCoder has released all of its problems with all test cases, in a simple list form. The problem links are of the form https://archive.topcoder.com/ProblemStatement/pm/####. I request support to be added for parsing these problems too, as they are a part of Dr. Saad Mostafa's Junior Sheet and a lot of students are doing them right now.
