Detail views should open related detail views in DIALOG mode

Check all detail views and make all related details views be opened in DIALOG mode to prevent from loss of backward navigation from Detail view to List view.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Customers list view
2. Open Customer detail view
3. Select an order and click Read to open Order detail view

AR:

Order detail view is opened as navigation which leads to loss of backward navigation from Customer detail to Customers list

ER:

Order detail view is opened as dialog, so backward navigation from Customer detail to Customers list is performed
