JMock Spring/Summer Cleaning

We've moved the jmock.org registration from @sf105 's Ghandi account to @olibye 's EasyDNS account...

• https://jmock.org now works i.e. using TLS and certificates.
• The move should allow @olibye to prove to sonotype that we do own jmock.org, and should be allowed to register new publishing credentials.
• With new credentials, we should be able to fix the github snapshot and release actions to publish easily again, without using manual builds and pushing using our personal credentials.

To follow that we could make a github action for publishing the website, allowing us to fix errors and give that all a big spring clean wrt #110
