Error Compiling IdeTools component

Sorry about this i have almost one week trying to setup lamw to work lazarus, i tried fpucdeluxe i don't get work, i tried with lamwstudio and noting work and lamw install everything but when tried to compile any project show me error really i don't know what i doing wrong follow tutoriales youtube videos and don't get work this error send when i compile idetools components...

To install or re-install "ide-tool" close the LAMW project... [that is, open a default Lazarus project...]
