A.09_git_explore.ipynb: Add plots inspired by KONECT handbook

Add plot in logscale with the distribution of degrees (degree for
a directed graph is sum of in-degree and out-degree), like Figure 7a
in the KONECT handbook.

Add the in/outdegree comparison plot, like Figure 9 in the KONECT
handbook, but using linear scale.
