Update fields in elasticsearch ingester #4
Description
The resource_type, parent_id, parent_title, and parent_resource_type fields are currently optional and passed straight through to elasticsearch. We should remove these fields since we no longer plan to use them. We also need to add a new asset_id field which is passed straight through to elasticsearch.
