Consider using sybil to check docs are building correctly

Currently the docs on displaying graphs with napari are broken. myst-nb lets us build documentation examples from live code, but the docs build whether or not the code is correct. sybil tests the examples to make sure they work correctly.

Alternatively there might be myst-nb options that we're not taking advantage of.
