[Bug] Lose shot history & profiles after firmware updates

Brief summary of the bug

Firmware updates cause shot history & profiles to be deleted

Describe the issue in greater detail

This has happened twice now, when updating firmware to version 1.7.3 and previously to 1.7.2.

Profiles & settings are able to be exported, but there is no such export function for shot history. There is an open ticket for bulk exporting shot history, which would be welcome (#460 ).

There should be additional friction that lets the user know ahead of time that upgrading firmware will cause data loss.

Ideally, no data is lost during OTA process.
