Luigi's Course Ghost broken

I haven't tested the other ghosts yet, but while it's possible to unlock the course ghost Luigi on Luigi Raceway, his route is broken because he drives into the wall and basically does that for the rest of the race

using both CD-R and GDEMU, compiled with GCC 14.3.0

Mario Raceway Course Ghost also confirmed. Unlike Luigi, he unstuck himself, drove across the course and slammed into the other wall. I don't know what the cause of this would be, but it looks like Mario is still trying to follow the Course Ghost inputs, but there's a delay on when he's getting them. It was less noticeable for Luigi since that course is almost entirely a loop with barely any turns.

Haven't unlocked Peach yet, but it's possible the outcome will be similar.

No it is not high priority to fix but pull requests are welcome
