Glitch in Thunar Buttons-Style Location Selector #229
Description
The glitch occurs whenever a folder is opened which is not in the pathbar: there is a brief moment when the buttons in the bar will appear to shift into place, slightly expanding then shrinking. There is a video demonstration here: horst3180#826 (comment)
This glitch can occasionally lead to flickering in the location bar between the two competing versions (expanded vs shrunken) of the buttons bar of the same location. Mousing over the buttons bar picks one or the other depending on the timing. Here is a video demo of that: https://gitlab.xfce.org/xfce/thunar/-/issues/1608#note_105537
This glitch seems to only occur with arc-theme and might be the result of animation.
