Posts from the Admin account are not appearing in the feed.

Posts from the Admin account are not appearing in the feed.

**Expected behavior**
They should appear in the feed

**Additional context**
This is due to the fact that "registered users" are strictly those that follow the feed admin account, and the feed admin cannot follow itself.
