Update Linux TTS voice support links

These are links to StackExchange -- asking or answering questions there would also update the contents, right? The experts there can give much better answers than I can...

Also, am not working on Talkie often enough to actively find and release updated links myself. Picky, but open to adding links.

Unfortunately it's not easy to find good Linux TTS support information suitable for Talkie.

Linux support links preferences:

• Should not target one specific distribution/version.
• Should not target one specific browser packaging: apt, dnf snap, flatpak, etcetera.
• Should not target one specific TTS software: eSpeak, Festival, etcetera.
• Should be updated (updatable) for new releases.
• Should be from a stable source; the URL contents should not unexpectedly change/disappear in the next three years.

Talkie does not have system access; can tell if it's a linux system but not if for example if the browser was installed using snap. Could have different links for Firefox- and Chromium-based browsers though, but have not made that distinction with current Linux support links.

• Chose links to StackExchange because they should cover multiple linux distributions and can easily be sorted/filtered/searched to get more specific.
• Some blog posts and articles which seem good, but are way too specific (browser, distribution, TTS software, packaging) to be included.
• Could also suggest a web search query such as "How to install TTS voices in a Linux browser?", but I don't feel like linking to a specific search engine listing general web results of varying quality.

Both README.md and the FAQ in Talkie's options use the same links.

• The TTS support links in README.md are easy to update; just send a pull request.
• Links in Talkie's Linux FAQ are not easy to update (requires recompilation, repackaging, and finally approval from Google and Mozilla). They need to be valid for years, in case there are no updates. A pull request helps!
