Sensor Watch with W217H-1AV & Wireless Charging

Any chance of making it compatible with a slightly larger watch like the W217H-1AV? The F91W is a bit small on my wrist. :-(

I also presume that adding something like wireless charging isn't possible due to the space constraints?
