Reset growatt server ip?

Anyone know how to reset the ip in the shine wifi to the standard server.growatt.com when doing it from server growatt. com is not an option? I have tried connecting to the usb stick in ap mode and use a browser to 192.168.10.100 but it does not work. Anyone tried connecting it to a standard usb port (not growatt) to see if it works better that way?

I was worried about that as well. After a bit of googling I think there are two options:
a) Use GrottServer’s API: curl -X POST http://<grottserver_ip>:/set_server \ -d '{"server": "server.growatt.com"}'
b) Use the ShinePhone App: Device Settings > Advanced Settings > [Server Address or Communication Settings] Change the server back to server.growatt.com

I have not tried this and my Shine Wifi dongle just went to sleep so I can't verify right now, but I am not keen on re-routing the comms to my Grott until I know how to set it all back to normal.

Well, I never found any solution to this. I bought a spare Shine Wifi X stick as a spare. I was able to revert the changed Shine stick by installing a computer with the ip I thought was in the stick and then used socat to bridge communication to server.growatt.com and set it back from there.

Wouldn't it be nice if grott had this option to just set back the ip to server.growatt,com. I believe jm must know what to send to the stick for this, as he jnows how to filter it out?
