Hi

Using the Shinephone Wifi-S dongle and have grott working with spoofed DNS to server.growatt.com (so it hits my Grott server instead).

The problem is that its only updating MQTT every 5 minutes according to this command
journalctl -u grott -f

If i remember correctly this used to update faster

Is there any way i can make it update faster? Im unable to access the ShinePhone Wifi-S web interface as they have disabled that.

Maybe its the stick not sending data more than every 5 minutes, but i want to make sure its not something Grott does.

This is variable, the default is 5 minutes. It is stored in register 4 of the datalogger. I don't know which version and mode you are running in. In grott server mode you can update the value to e.g 1 minute by:

curl -X PUT ':5782/datalogger?command=register&register=4&datalogger=YUZXXXXXXX&value=1'

replace by your grott server ip, and replace YUZXXXXXXX by your datalogger name (also called datalogger id)

I dont know exactly what you mean by mode im running in - but i have "mode = proxy" in my .ini file

My Datalogger has something called SN, which is the serial number
THen it has something called "Port" that starts with JPC8

And then it has a "Mode" thats starts with A1B0D1.......

Which one is the ID?

If you run with mode=proxy you have to change this setting on the Growatt website, for some dataloggers you can change this setting on a local datalogger website.

There have been discussions/issues before discussing this.
