Documentation link is out of date

Cargo.toml documentation link points to https://johannhof.github.io/difference.rs/difference/index.html which is very out of date. Should probably either

• Update documentation link to point to https://docs.rs/difference
  or
• Fix the gh-pages branch and automate it's updating
