ASM: Workflows #31
Description
- Add ability to upload a saved analysis and run as a workflow
- Capture run workflow errors (for example give a relative formods.yaml path (instead of file.path(getwd(),"formods.yaml"). It breaks things (which is OK but it shows up as a shiny error and not returned to the user)
- Add button to refresh and check for resources (someone goes to the workflow page, resources are missing, they add the resources, then go back, click the button and have it rerun the check).
- Add msgs to workflows as well as the load/save so they will be displayed there as well.
