Missing licence file #3

Hi @johncantrell97,
thanks for creating such a nice lib making it easier to interop between bdk and ldk :)
I've noticed that in Cargo.toml you mention that the licence is license = "MIT OR Apache-2.0", but there's no LICENCE file in the root directory of the project.
To avoid any ambiguity, would you be ok with adding a LICENCE file to confirm that we could use this library?
PS I've also updated it to the latest bdk and ldk on my fork, which I'm intending to contribute back soon
