Cant open Solution with VS2015

never happened to me before, is that an project issue?

It's a .NET Core project, make sure you have the .NET Core SDK and preview tooling installed.

i need to update the POGOProtos.dll because of this issue - maybe you can do that?

Updated to the latest Protos.
